General conditions
How promotions work
- Promotions are valid only during the dates shown in the offer.
- Every promotion remains subject to equipment availability and final approval by Axion.
- Unless otherwise stated, the discount applies only to the equipment rental charge.
- Delivery, pickup, fuel, cleaning, damage, deposits, fees, and taxes are not discounted unless clearly stated in the offer.
- Promotions cannot be combined with another offer unless Axion provides written authorization.
- When specifically stated, a rental requested during the promotional period may be applied to a date within the following 30 days, subject to confirmation.
- Changes, cancellations, and late returns remain subject to the rental agreement and applicable conditions.
- The details confirmed in the final quote and rental agreement take priority over abbreviated promotional posts.
